When you make a purchase from DMF, you will automatically be enrolled in our system and granted access to your personal account area. Your account area allows you to conveniently view all your orders and tickets, as well as download them whenever needed.
To access your account (if not already logged in), simply log in at: https://tickets.donnyfest.co.uk/ and simply navigate to your orders, and then download your tickets from your account!
In case you encounter any difficulties logging in, you can easily reset your password by selecting the “Forgotten Password” option. Instructions to reset your password will be sent to your registered email address.
