Donnyfest Ticket Policy
Overview
By purchasing a ticket to Donnyfest, you agree to our ticketing policy. Please note that all tickets are non-refundable, unless the event is canceled by the organizers. This policy is designed to ensure a fair and seamless process for all attendees.
Non-Refundable Tickets
Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances, unless Donnyfest is officially canceled. We understand that plans can change, but due to the nature of event ticketing and limited capacity, we cannot issue refunds for non-attendance or personal reasons.
Event Cancellation
In the rare case that Donnyfest is canceled, all ticket holders will be eligible for a full refund. The refund will be processed automatically, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Ticket Transfers
If you are unable to attend Donnyfest, you may transfer your ticket to another individual. We do not facilitate ticket exchanges, but you are free to resell or transfer your ticket to someone else. Please note that the original buyer remains responsible for the ticket.
Late or Missing Refunds (Event Cancellations Only)
If Donnyfest is canceled and you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
- Double-check your bank account or credit card statement.
- Contact your credit card provider, as it may take additional time for refunds to process.

Exchanges and Damaged Tickets
In the case of damaged or defective physical tickets, we will replace them at no cost. Contact us at {email address} for replacement details. Please note that this does not apply to digital tickets, as they are automatically re-issuable.
