Bag policy
A bag policy is in place for this event. Only handbags and other small bags no larger than 35cm x 40cm x 19cm can be taken inside. Please arrive early, as checks may take longer and queues may move slowly.

Age guidance
Please note the event age rules set by the venue or promoter. If the event is 18+, guests may be asked for ID to prove age.

Entry times
Doors will open at the stated time on your ticket. Please arrive early so you can get through checks without delay.

Ticket checks
Tickets will be scanned on entry. Have your digital ticket ready on your phone, or have your printed ticket to hand.

ID checks
You may be asked to show ID at the door or at the bar. Accepted ID normally includes a driving licence, passport or PASS card.

Accessibility
The venue offers support for guests who may need help on the day. If you have questions about access, contact the venue before the event so they can advise. We have limited availability so please contact us ASAP to book as space.

Parking
Parking is available at or near Askern Miners Welfare Club, but spaces may be limited. Arrive early if you plan to park on site.

Bar payments
The bar accepts both cash and card.
